FAQ’s Which account type should I choose? Single User accounts are designed for older or self directed users and require a unique email address for each account. The Free Family or Premium Family accounts should be chosen if you are signing up for a young child. Once logged in to a Family account as a Parent, you can add Child accounts. Schools can sign up for Student accounts. What is Premium and how do I subscribe? Premium members get access to all courses and all lessons and can track learning history. You can subscribe to a Premium plan from the pricing page. We have plans available for single users, families and schools. Do you have a free trial? We have Free Courses, Premium Member Only Courses and Premium Member Courses with Free Sample Lessons available. You can trial our Free Sample Lessons without an account or you can login to save progress on Free Courses you have been enrolled to. There is no free trial available for Premium accounts. How do upgrades and downgrades work? You can upgrade or downgrade to a plan for the same account type. Examples: Upgrade of Premium Family (1 Child) account to a Premium Family (1-4 Children) account, Free Single User account becomes a Premium Single User account. Can I change a Single User account to a Parent or Child account? Single User accounts are designed for older or self directed users and require a unique email address for each account. Once logged in to a Family account as a Parent, you can add child accounts. How do I cancel a Premium subscription? You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. You will need to log in to your account to cancel your subscription. Child accounts are downgraded to the free tier after the Parent account subscription period has ended. What happens to Premium accounts when the subscription is cancelled? Upon expiration of a paid subscription, your account will be downgraded to the free tier for the same account type. Examples: Family Premium account becomes a Free Family account (Premium Child accounts also become Free Child accounts), Single User Premium account becomes a Free Single User account. Can I get a refund? Subscription fees are non-refundable. Premium accounts will keep access until the paid period has expired.
